      * Lots of smart people * PTO has always been encouraged * Get to work on big problems at scale * Good mission * The work has the opportunity to be really interesting * Latest tech stack in my org

      * Managers are more interested in writing documents than work * Politics between teams * Even my manager is open that they don't believe in Square long term * Lots of complaining due to stock price
