      Pros

      The benefits were great. Health insurance, dental, vision, monthly allowance for fitness, monthly reimbursement for remote working, etc.

      Cons

      There is no path for advancing with the company other than networking and mooching up to the right people. You also will not get paid a competitive rate for your position.
