      Pros

      I've been at Square for 4 years, and my work is just as meaningful and impactful as the first day I started. It's important that I have independence/ownership of my work -- I have that at Square. I'm also always learning. We move fast, and I'm surrounded by incredible people who I learn from everyday.

      Cons

      Depending on who you are, this could be a pro or a con: You must be flexible to work at Square. We move fast and take risks.

      Strong eng. culture, although that was partly in decline. Great coworkers.
