      Pros

      They hit the ground running since my first day. Training was very intense and allowed me to learn the in's and out's of the product and company. Definitely no slacking around, I feel a common sense of everyone around me growing the business together. Seeing tons of hiring and competitive compensation. Benefits package is AWESOME.
