      -You will work with a great team and a company that wants the best for you -Great compensation. Everyone shares in the success -Excellent training

      Cons

      -A lot of jobs are SF based, not as much diversity in opportunities at the satellite offices -Sometimes the casual work environment and transparency of the company can be a little annoying
