      - great people - work life balance - no micromanaging, trust in individual contributors - interesting projects - great mission - fully remote

      Cons

      - constant layoffs (I'm one of nearly 4k people laid off in the latest round) - general ambiguity: at times it it was hard find certain resources and figure out who did what
