      Pros

      Some people are nice although you don't know what's their ultimate agenda. Made me think twice before I ever did something. More like became very judgmental due to the office environment always having to 'protect' oneself.

      Cons

      To list out a few : - There won't be growth but a lot of false promises (don't buy it if you're new) - Upper management confused and doesn't know how to direct - Things change whenever they want, there wasn't any fixed policies there unless it suited the 'boss'

      Pros

      I have loved working for Bloch for the past 23 years in Reno. The office is very professional, but also relaxed and enjoyable. Everyone is willing to help out in any department if need be.

      Cons

      Wish insurance benefits were better, but that is understandable with the current insurance situation in the US.
