Pros

- They are great liars - If you need a quick job, apply. They hire all applicants. No experience necessary.

Cons

- Regardless of the post applied for based on the advertisement put out, it is a sales job. At the second interview or what they call an interview, you are fed some spiel about the position being a management training job- it is NOT. It appears to be, but it is just a plain old sales job. - The salary listed online is not the one you'd be getting. - They appear professional and spout professionalism- but they aren't. Your information is not held private. It appears that many people, even those below management, have access to your employment file, and with identity theft on a rise, this is a huge red flag and a major cause for concern. - Your commission is not given alongside your salary. You get your commission if it turns out to be more than your salary. You get a base salary of $50. - The building houses two businesses, two contractors selling the same products and services. They merge for all meetings and other sessions. They come across as very disorganized, though that is probably the best way they can operate- in chaos. - They are contractors- you'd be selling products and services for a different company. - Staff turnover is extremely high. - You are dispensable! They will let you go at the drop of a hat. - If you enjoy doing sales and marketing and have the experience and qualifications for the job description, seek better employment. This is not somewhere you'd want to work or grow professionally. Your skills would be underutilized and you'd be grossly underpaid. - They claim to offer on the job leadership and management training. They think they do but they don't. Run! It is a ruse.

Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

Horrible company. They draw you with a title that is far from your actual role. Which is standing around in a mall harassing people that walk by asking if they want to buy a product. To top it off, when you quit they don’t even pay you for the time you worked which is so illegal.
