Pros

Remote working Great if you haven't learnt anything since 2000.

Cons

This has been one of the worst companies I've ever worked for. The problems are many and the benefits are few. As a developer in the engineering team at Blis, you would be mistaken in thinking that engineering is a term used to define a process in which skilled individuals engineer a system for high performance, fault tolerance, and any other adjectives you want to throw at a well designed system. You may even use the term to describe the process in which software is built using the best practices in the industry in relation to testing, CI/CD, development workflow, tooling, and maybe it even extends to the code you write. However at Blis, none of that takes a front seat. In fact, it's called a distraction. Why spend so much time on any of this when you can be writing code which delivers feature after feature? Don't worry about the fact that an issue can be undiscovered for months at a time which actually costs the business money, just make sure you don't spend that extra hour or so creating tests so that you can catch that problem early. Who needs that certainty of the software that you build? Certainly not Blis. If you are at the end of your career or you just want to write code, then fine, you shall take all responsibility for your misguided career choice. If, on the other hand, you are actually a respected developer who takes pride in their work, stay far away as possible. Blis is like a car on the motorway travelling at 70mph and whilst driving, they snip the brake lines, remove the airbags, cut off the seat belts, destroy the speedometer, and open the fuel cap and tempt fate with a lighter; nothing might not actually happen, but should they ride their luck too long, it's going to blow up like bonfire night.

Pros

Global company Omnichannel vendor Owned now by T-Mobile ( could be a + or -)

Cons

Blind "leadership" in the US has decimated the sales team over the last 14-16 months. Poor sales management in the Midwest is ruled by fear and zero knowledge of the marketplace issues, or acknowledging their own horrible history with holding companies and larger agencies. HUGE RED FLAG New York has not had a full sales team in 3 years and has gone through multiple VPs in this time T-Mobile does not care about Blis or their employees and they are left in the dark If you are a seller, your goals are received late and without true reasoning why the increase Management will not back you because the 3 left in the US are praying and crossing their fingers that they get to join T-Ads or Vistar (owned by T-Mobile) and keep making an outrageous salary, considering overall Billing yearly billing (last 3 years) looks like Black Diamond run at Breckenridge! Marketplace baggage and agency teams are not willing to test or work with you due to the revolving door of management and sellers! Lack of account support, growth or tech advancement related to competitors.
