Pros

- Great company vision, and strong team to deliver on that vision - Exciting startup culture and camaraderie - Tons of opportunity to work on different projects and get exposure across the business - Company is very employee centric with stock, benefits, and work/life balance - Leadership team is accessible, listens, and encourages all employees to challenge the status quo Frankly Blippar is the coolest company I have ever worked for!

Cons

Was frankly a bit shocked about the negative reviews!! Most of the complaints people made were challenges that every startup faces (an unstructured environment / big vision). This is why people join startups!! I know it isn't right for everyone. At Blippar people need to bring their A game! If you are looking for a company where you have a narrow focus, can only make a limited impact, where you are not challenged/required to learn, then Blippar isn't for you!!

Pros

Shaping a still new born tech industry Working remotely from home Some independence in what you do Travel around the world (if you're part of a particular groups that said, see below)

Cons

No management A lot of secret projects going on that very few have a clue about A lot of internal conflicts and politics due to the lack of management and nobody seems to care about it even though it's killing little by little the company. As previously mentioned here by others and I couldn't have said it better if you are part of some clique/group your opinion will be of a high value otherwise don't even try. Typically if you're not part of this clique and if you don't agree with some decisions and you say it a bit too loud be ready to pack your stuff. Brand partners (just mere salesmen) are still babies having just finished school act like they run the company. Even though it's a (4 years old) startup so instability is quite normal, firing off so many people in so many offices throughout the world at the same time even if they were competent and been here for a long time says a lot about how a company treat its members.
