Pros
This shop has some of the friendliest people I've ever met. The staff is always welcoming, kind, and creative. The management team goes above and beyond for its employees and does anything they can for their community. Not only do they serve some of the best coffee in KC but they also do community outreach, sustainability programs and educational courses.
Cons
If I had to choose a downsize it would be that I can never get enough of this place.
