Pros
Great PTO and benefits. Most coworkers are helpful.
Cons
No training or onboarding. You have to just figure it out. The workload does not match the salary. Always denied a pay increase. Higher ups dont see the value in the employees and it shows in the low pay. Sorry but paid holidays doesn't pay the bills.
