Nice group of people, poor leadership - Sr. Project Manager Blink Employee Review

Even though I was fully hired by a client (not working inside the agency) I was on a weekly bases working with HR and leads on the progress of the client. Zero benefits, they dont care about the employees and poor and in some cases non-existent leadership. Really unstable company, sales department really bad, they could get new clients, thats the reason why the had many layoffs.
