      Good employees, learned alot, Get to learn the broad spectrum of all different EV Chargers

      Cons

      C-Suite level does not know how to run the company. The company has been outsourced to India who you cannot even understand, let alone that India sweeps the cases under the rug by saying we will escalate and they just go in circles. The company dashboard is a joke compared to all the other EV company dashboards. Company needs to get away from India and bring it back to the US. Company needs to learn how to listen to their employees on ideas for how to generate revenue by offering training on the Installation and commissioning instead of telling their customers sorry, you are on your own to learn this

      Pros

      Good company. Learned alot. Got experience and hours towards my electrician license. Loved everyone who I worked with and made lots of friends.

      Cons

      C Suite and upper management needs to be revamped. They don't know how to run a company. They believe in outsourcing to India will be better when India just knows how to pass the case and they don't even know how to gather information or create a case. India just causes escalation. C suite needs to learn how to keep it in US as US is the team that does the work and bails out India. Wish all the best with India.
