Okay first step job - Design Engineer Blickman Employee Review

Flexible schedule for exempt employees. Great folks to work with. Reasonable management. Very collaborative.

Lots of work for some departments. Normal startup kinks to work through.

Short commute, fairly convenient location. Friendly warehouse staff.

No opportunity for growth. Management does not utilize their employees skills. Too many "chiefs" with no floor experience. Sales department has no pulse. According to management, tooling and machinery maintenance was limited due to budget - at times putting warehouse workers in potentially harmful positions. Segregated office/warehouse environment where warehouse workers are not provided same as those working in the office settings (such as cooling/heating, etc.).
