Great teamwork! Everyone is willing to pitch in and help reach the common goal of both the employee and company's success. Very cohesive team with none of the normal office drama. Employees also work very independently and have the opportunity of coming up with new ideas to improve processes/procedures.

Micromanaging and intimidating tactics. Ineffectively run Sales Department. CEO has no idea how to build and successful sales department. He has no idea about sales processes or building pipelines or relationships.. The company culture starts at the top and it's toxic. Changing the name rebranding will not change this because the CEO will remain the same. Eric Rongley's reputation is what it is changing a company name won't change that.. He's narcissistic without interpersonal skills. Eric lacks the ability to truly lead. Everything said on Glassdoor is true I've witnessed it first hand.
