Pros
The company is small enough to be across everything that is happening, commercial and product-related, while being big enough to have people to work with and share ideas with.
As the company is setting up a physical operation in North America, there are opportunities to learn a lot (and quickly), and be able to adopt a fail-fast attitude with new ideas and strategies.
The team is quite young overall, but has a couple of very experienced entrepreneurs in the leadership team.
There are lots of shared morning teas, beer+pizza Fridays, and whole-company workshops and knowledge sharing sessions.
Cons
Lack of parking available to staff (in a high-density business area).
