Supportive Ops manager, opportunities to grow together with brand and help develop processes, easy menu and easy ways if working/amount of duties compared to other companies, little stress/not taking work home compared to other companies
Cons
Head office is way removed from sites and not as in touch or easy to reach (contrary to them stating it’s to be simplified and no fuss HO), missing processes/system for easier operations, pay for managers not as high compared to TM pay (London Living Wage)
