      Pros

      Direct colleagues were good people. Some department Directors were good to work with.

      Cons

      IT leadership was disorganized and unprofessional. No real leadership within department or company. Massive turnover. Handling employee onboarding I saw first hand the amount of new hire/separation tickets that came in. "Best credit union to work for" is all marketing stuff. They ram it down your throat to vote for spire. Toxic horrible workplace.

      Pros

      Collaboration with entire mortgage team No micromanaging, able to work independently. Decent pay and bonus Appropriate amount of work with opportunity for overtime

      Pros

      Generous benefits that support employee health. Considerate managers and close knit teams. Fun holiday outings and generous quarterly goals paid out to the entire company.

      Cons

      You have to remain in your hired position for one full year before you are ever considered to be a worthy candidate for an internal position even if you would be a superior applicant for another role Blaze is hiring for. If you start in customer service good luck ever getting out of it unless that is what you want. There are rigid requirements on upward mobility and even if you prove yourself you will have to wait. If you ever thought working remotely at Blaze would be an option, there are employees who work remotely in admin that are being pushed out, the company is slowly pushing employees back into office.
