      Pros

      During my three years of employement, I received fair treatment and respect. I was rewarded for a job well done. My supervisor was very strict but fair, willing to assist when requested and willing to teach. I had a wonderful experience with this company and the only reason I left was due to a change in career path. Parking on premises

      Cons

      Sometimes it was forgotten that work-life balance is essential to employees. Family emergencies were not usually well received by management

      They really care about the employees. Promoting with in.

      Cons

      Pay increase, but was Blessed to work there, would go back if I could. I had a massive stroke. I'm on disability but want to go back to work.

      Flexibility, Free indoor Parking, Awesome co-workers, Great benefits, Family owned. My opinion matters here. The ability to talk with upper management at any moment (open door policy)

      Organization could be better. Definitions of roles (who's responsible for what).
