Great co workers and awesome shop managers. Very flexible with time off for personal reasons or medical reasons. they pay above average from most entry level jobs.
Cons
for me the drive is an hour to and from and 400 sucks but its worth it. sometimes its stressful because your job is important. Small company so what you do matters
