Pros
Love the people I work with. Every place is going to have thier bad eggs, and no company is perfect, but these people are by far the best people I've ever worked for. Extremely flexible and understanding when it comes to personal issue/having to take time off. The owners have never given me side eye and will always smile and wave when they walk by my office. I've worked in some very toxic environments, and this is like heaven. Our team of 4 in customer service is exactly that, a team. I just love it here. The benefits are just a bonus.
Cons
Can get a little overwhelming sometimes, but we are able to put our heads together and figure it out. Other than that, no downsides.
