Pros
I worked in Human Resources and was a valued colleague and business partner. I was able to develop my career in the firm with premium resources, activities and opportunities. Beautiful office space too.
Cons
The firm was downsizing when I left Blank Rome. Nonetheless, I enjoyed working for the firm and appreciated the work experience gained, Colleagues were also very professional and I learned a great deal about the law firm environment in my role.
