Loved working and miss the people!

Benefits aren’t great, health insurance is expensive

In a nice area. Very nice building.

Toxic and rude work culture. Most of the staff is very standoffish and cold. Not a place I looked forward coming to because of the staff. Just mean people. The people you work with are very cold. Of course they are nice to the residents but other than that there’s definitely cliques. I try to say hello to some of my coworkers and they either don’t respond or look the other way OR both. It’s just very disheartening, I’m not sure it’s anything I’ve done. It seems like they make their mind up about you and there’s never any coming back from it. Just a very toxic work culture and tremendous attitude from a lot of the staff. It opened my mind and unfortunately has made me a lot less outgoing. I feel like I need time from that place to find myself again.
