Pros

I really can’t think of any.

Cons

The entirety of management is all family so once one of them doesn’t like you none of them do. If you make any suggestion that could help better your area you are immediately talked down to and treated like garbage. Every single person is essentially forced to keep their heads down and not say anything. When “prime season” comes around anyone who isn’t related to the Blair’s has to work 12 hour shifts while they sit around and do virtually nothing. There is no reward for “going the extra mile” and you are told that. I believe the quote from Andy Blair was “if you guys work harder I’ll be able to buy myself another Tesla next year”. The products that they have you produce and they re-sell to customers shouldn’t even be considered “refurbished”. They send these machines out still half broken and sometimes are literally bondo’d together with a little paint or covered in vinyl to hide issues. They treat both employees and customers horribly. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone if I could give zero stars I would.

Pros

Working in such a high energy, fast paced environment is exhilarating, but what truly sets this experience apart is the culture of the team. My colleagues are the primary reason I find my work so fulfilling. There is a shared commitment to collective success that defines everything we do.

Cons

While the collaborative energy among the staff is high, there is a recurring challenge regarding leadership transparency. Occasionally this makes it hard to prioritize.

Pros

There are some genuinely hardworking and skilled people on the eCommerce sales team who care about their work and each other. The peer-level collaboration is the best part of the job, and most team members do everything they can to deliver results despite constant change.

Cons

Ownership operates in a reactive, inconsistent way that makes sustained progress nearly impossible. Direction changes frequently, priorities reset without explanation, and standards are applied unevenly. Teams are asked to execute against shifting targets with little context or stability. Abrupt terminations are common and poorly communicated, which creates anxiety and discourages ownership or long-term thinking. Decision-making favors short-term reactions over disciplined planning, and internal politics often override sound judgment. Transparency is limited, feedback loops are weak, and managers default to control rather than building trust and clarity. The result is unnecessary turnover, low morale, and a constant sense of uncertainty that undermines otherwise capable teams.
