Employees who come up with solutions to challenges are rewarded frequently for their efforts. The business is growing quickly, which provides lots of opportunities for team members to move up and develop into career roles.

Health Benefits are not currently offered, however, pay is competitive (well above Min. Wage for all roles)

I would be hard pressed to think of anything that is positive about the company. They have ran off all of the good people and managed to ruin a company that had a great culture in the past. They offer no benefits, the pay isn't any different than you can get elsewhere, and morale at the company is terrible and seems to get worse by every passing day.

The company is run by a father and son that don't have a clue what they are doing. Don't believe for a second that the old owners have any say any longer in the company and also don't buy that they are a Christian company. They are the furthest thing from it. They also are not a fast growing company. They continue to get dropped by key customers and sales have been on the decline for a number of years now. They are also moving out of the state, so don't expect to have a job for long if you do think about Blade-Tech. Pretty much every other option for a job other than Blade-Tech should be your choice. Also, don't buy the one positive review that people are rewarded. That is completely false.
