Pros
At Blacksmith, we have a healthy tolerance for taking risks to grow the business and very little bureaucracy. Our team is passionate about our mission to help CPG companies. The marketing group is creative, collaborative, and results-oriented. Many of the start-up employees are still working for the company decades later. The CEO/founder is motivating and encouraging.
Cons
Every organization has its imperfections, but Blacksmith's pros certainly outweigh any cons.
