      Pros

      Unsure, especially with the bad management of hospitality design team. Tim is great however unsure about the new team,however, branding and restaurant design team is especially skilful and professional.

      Cons

      Can barely find a time off almost over-time work everyday. Management adding extra projects to your hand and expect you to do everything in one hand. However, The truth is to cut cost. Low pay and pension scheme /other benefits is unbearable. Tiny offices like cubicles without work life balance. Many politics.

      Pros

      Blacksheep is a really great company to work for with a Senior Management team that really does look after them. The people are super creative and an awesome talent, with great opportunities to travel with work and pushed to be client facing if this is the route they want to take. The work is fantastic which makes for a happy team. Free snacks and dog friendly studio.

      Cons

      Hard deadlines, but this happens in any agency and they make it fun and look after you should you ever need to work late. So not really a con...
