Great hard working and dedicated co-workers. Okay medical benefits. Direct manager and director great, Senior director not so much.
Cons
Pay is way under market value. No hiring for internal jobs from within unless you are friends with management. Lots of under qualified people in important positions. Senior management fighting to be top dog and neglecting the worker bees
