      Pros

      They keep you very busy. The people there are hard working, and very nice to work with. Overall very good co-workers, supportive and intelligent.

      Cons

      Pay is poor, no chance of promotion from within. None of the benefits compete very well with the rest of the bay area. Employees are not a priority.
