It is very bad place to work, no respect from supervisors if you are contractor/employee. Middle management and senior management people are totally inexperienced. most of the full time employees joined are laid off from other company or H1 people.No good technology alsoRecently recurited alot of java experts , after they joined ,management and other people gave some "CRAP" work to them.This big company totally depend on H1 people , and people who has 2-5 years experience(they don't know what are they doing, finally just doing some trial and error method) , all these people are playing alot of politics in the oraganization, senior managements are totally incapable to manage these people , No good architects in the company , No good technology, people are just playing politics inside the organization, i think my suggestion is think 10 times before taking position in Blackhawk network inc. if you are technical(IT programmer) person.
