Pros
I really rate the people I'm working with in my team and in the wider business. There's a willingness from employees and leadership to take this company forward to a better place. New people, new leadership, new initiatives all happening. There is a lot happening for the business, for the people, for innovation and tech.
Cons
Nothing really stands out. Super complex business to get to know but that's all part of the learning process. Integration post acquisition have been slow due to a pretty unusual 2020 - positive momentum building on that front.
