Pros
Ok work/life balance. The company is always growing. That could be a con as well... there isn’t much room for growth, you have to know people to pretty much move up. If you are content with staying in a position this is the place for you. Great perks. Company bbq’s, monthly socials and overall great events. That’s the best part.. you do get those small breaks for socials.
Cons
Company moves too fast when an idea comes about… they take an idea and run with it. When they see an opportunity to make more money they push for it at all cost. When systems are broken someone has to be there to fix it. I haven’t had to so any overtime personally but, I have seen it done. Responsibilities are always being added but there isn’t always a cut and clear policy and procedure.
