Pros
Some people are really nice, smart and good to work with. Location if you live in the tri-valley Stock seems to be doing ok Adequate benefits package
Cons
Some people are NOT nice, NOT smart and NOT good to work with 17 acquisitions in the last 4 years with no plan or budget to integrate Employees of 10 years "laid off" for strategic moves Not staffed properly for success Constant budget cuts Regular lay offs No overall objectives set by executive management Employee surveys (GLINT) that don't result in actions for management Glassdoor reviews that have been requested to be posted and rewarded for doing it Not enough reward or recognition for hard work Hard to get promoted from within People in leadership have no experience in the area they are managing
