You get to learn what not to do. Your next company will seem amazing in comparison. A handful of good people who deserve sympathy.
Cons
Dilbert like management, would be amusing if it wasn't such a painful reality. Technical incompetence / short cuts everywhere. Nothing works as it should. Why hire someone to do a job when you can dump it all on a marginally related department? Most of the good people who can leave, do.
