      People are nice ping pong and happy hours clean office setting

      -Pay is lower than average -AWFUL management & Team Leads -Product Implementation high turn over -management lacks managerial experience -unnecessary meetings and projects- busy work- creates work for no reason -lacks in career growth opportunities
