Cons
- No stability at all. - The termination can be happen without any reason and validation you just woke up with a termination. - They manipulates employees life without any return ( one of my colleagues, was working for project in 3 months back and forth 3 hours daily) - the company pays nothing to him - they terminated his contact before the notice period just to save themselves from paying him - they promised him at the beginning that he will stay for 5 years at least and based on that he left his previous job , travel to UAE on his own money and moves his family and after 5 months they cancelled his contact. Note : they have no issue of doing a termination even if you are 6+ months with them , this happened to my friends on one of the governmental sectors in UAE ( hint , no bad reviews or even performance issues with her , they just terminated her contact to save some money) . - They keep lying on all their verbal communications ( I am currently and for the future if anything said verbally I send this on email to document it as they will keep trying to manipulate you ).
