      Gives very good exposure to Asset Management area and operations. Use to technology extensively and obvious learning opportunities.

      Cons

      India Management was crap as initially it was handled by Helix employees( Helix Financial was acquired by BlackRock).

      Respectable company, working with smart people for the most people.

      Cons

      Huge company, can be hard to navigate, almost impossible to get fired so good workers pick up slack for bad works. They need to trim fat faster and better
