      For a fresher there is a lot to learn especially on technology side, internal mobility and open culture are the best part of this company and it would be good for your CV as well

      Compensation is not on the same level as it should be, loads of work to do depending on the team

      Huge company, can be hard to navigate, almost impossible to get fired so good workers pick up slack for bad works. They need to trim fat faster and better
