Consistent client-first fiduciary culture. Flat management style, employees expected to cross over and connect dots, lots of skip-level interaction. Average age within firm is still young and young people can shine Sr Mgt sponsors innovation labs, "hackathons" and mobility. Not a political place, relative other financials. Compensation is a discount to other FS, but less volatile.
Cons
Negative regulatory climate forcing new bureaucracy. Legal and Operations depts strain to keep up with new demands from every country, often duplicative. Technology can't automate manual processes fast enough. Technology foundation starting to show its age. Compensation is a discount to other FS, but less volatile.
