      Good at trying to maintain a small company ethos within a large firm.

      Cons

      It is a large firm and it can take a lot of time to join all of the information sharing meetings which take place for locations, businesses, firm-wide etc.

      Huge company, can be hard to navigate, almost impossible to get fired so good workers pick up slack for bad works. They need to trim fat faster and better
