Whosoever is looking to start his/her career specifically as a GPAS Analyst, it is very important to know that this job profile is not at all meant for CFAs/Engineers or for any other young Finance Graduates. This is a very basic operational profile which will lead you nowhere in finance industry( Given you spent large amount of time here) . This is specifically for those people who plans to be a part of private equity, investment bank or any portfolio manager role in any equity research firm later. The every engagement factor that you feel is important for any employee to perform well is inferior in this team. So dont get swayed away by the name and make your decision very wisely before getting into it. Honestly, I dont want to say anything about management.
