Pros
Lot's of work coming to edinburgh office, moving to a new larger building. The company is working hard to buy back it's own stock. You can learn a lot while here. They support a lot of charity work
Cons
Being part of a successful team just gets more work dumped on you with little notice. Senior managers and managers want to look good to their superiours by taking on parts of the business from other offices without actually speaking to you. Blankrock have taken over BGI and lost oa large portion of the BGI knowledge. Systems are lacking
