Reputation marred by discrimination and rigid culture - Associate BlackRock Employee Review

School like culture, no leniency in WFO Discrimination against female employees (observed in quite a few teams including my team) like menial and unimportant tasks being assigned, asking only them to do the regression testing and release tasks, not including them in discussions within office etc.
