9yI'm sorry you feel this way about your experience at BlackPoint. We work hard to ensure that there's no favoritism and that people are measured fairly based on their effort and results. We use a systematic process to evaluate our employees and make pay increases based upon their review score as determined by their manager ranked against other employees of the same level, their current salary and where it sits in their pay range and overall future potential contribution to the business.
