Pros

- Fantastic product which aligns well to customers' strategic objective - Great market penetration with a strong referencable client base - Great inbound lead generation (can expect 40-50% of your quota to come from this; higher than most companies) - Founder-led business which is a huge ++ as it continuously drives product innovation

Cons

- Steep learning curve in the beginning to understand how product works and how to position value for customers; but it pays off in the long run - As a large enterprise company, you have to go out and seek coaching from colleagues/management. Don't expect it to be provided without asking, but once you ask, you will receive what you're looking for

There have been instances where employees with strong performance histories, including those who had recently received positive feedback or recognition, were exited without prior warning or a formal PIP, raising concerns about the consistency and transparency of performance management practices. Promotion criteria are not always clearly tied to demonstrated results. Advancement can favor visibility and polished self-presentation over consistent execution and delivery, which undermines confidence in the organization’s meritocracy. Confidentiality of employee surveys is not always perceived as reliable. When feedback appears traceable to individuals, it discourages candid input and limits the effectiveness of these channels.
