Pros

No pros at all. If you do not want to waste your career, then please do not join this company. You might have to work 24x7(at least for 12-14 hours), it helps you learn a lot of things helpful for future. Located in Noida 10 mins erickshaw from metro No dress code. You can wear casuals/formals or anything in which you feel comfortable. lack of trust in employees

Cons

1. No work-life balance and it’s not advisable to raise your voice. Explain everyday task for more than 15 mins to owners after work hours 2. “Flexible timings” so you can come early but can't leave on time. 3. Only 1 toilet for all the male employees 4. HR will tell you that this is a 5 days working only but when you join they will start creating loopholes for you so that saturday becomes working and you wont even get paid for that. 5. No HR activities 6. No compensation if you work till late. 7. 10% of your salary will be deducted regularly for 6 months & will only be given if your performance is more than good 8. Limited personal growth. 9. Biased hikes in some employees’ salaries as many employees are known by company owners or senior employees & only favorite & buttered employees are given salary hikes, whereas many hard working employees are not given anything 10. Company can fire you anytime without giving any warning even if you had done lots of hard work with less salary. 11. Company owners are in their early 30's & wants that one person should do the work of 4 guys & shout at you if you are not doing your work fast

Pros

There are good learning opportunities, especially for those early in their career, but they come with significant pressure and high expectations.

Cons

There is very little management structure, and individual contributors are often expected to take full ownership without sufficient guidance or support. At times, communication can be stressful, with engineers being held responsible for management-level decisions. The company strongly prioritizes fast delivery, often at the expense of code quality, proper testing, and long-term maintainability. Tight timelines leave limited room for clean design or refactoring. Additionally, much of the work involves maintaining or extending outdated technologies that primarily serve short-term business needs, offering limited exposure to modern tools or practices that support long-term career growth.
