Pros

Exposure to moderate-difficulty, sub-vendor level shots on very average US shows and some scraps of feature work.

Cons

- Management doesn't care if you die at your desk. - THE SINGLE most underpaid studio in Southern Africa. That's a big statement. But I would know as I've worked for Loco, Sunshine, Refinery, Blade, Cinegistix, Masters & Savant, Videolounge, etc. - Sadistic, ego-maniacal artists running animation, lighting and comp teams. The comp team especially was abrasive, aggressive, hard to source info from and never shied away from humiliating juniors or new mids. One very senior FX artist was a cool guy though. - No overtime, ever. Weekend work insisted, again for no pay. - Mids and seniors keep leaving every 6 months, only to be replaced by animation school students. The vicious cycle never stops. - Treatment of kitchen staff was exploitative, bordering on racist. - No raise ever. - Management's personal lives mingle with employers in questionable ways. - Getting drunk with clients regularly.
