Pros
* Bright, smart, engaged, interested, supportive employees * Good benefits package - salary, profit share after 18 months, death in service benefit, decent pension, option to join health insurance scheme etc * Good communication and regular updates from Directors, who are transparent and open and supportive * Good mix of working from office, home and client site (although at the moment, with Covid it's 100% remote)
