      Pros

      C-Level management is the top of their game. Very talented coworkers. Exciting products and cool products. Great coffee. Great international environment.

      Cons

      Zero internal communication, I have no idea what people in the next room do or who I should ask questions to. Too many smart people who are confused about what they are supposed to be doing.

      Pros

      The work is always interesting in this unique industry. The satellite images and applied services contribute much to a better world. .Benefits are good, free Wednesday lunches, free coffee, water and soft drinks, fresh fruit all over the week. Team and company outings, team building events and nice parties. Great team from all over the world, creative working atmosphere. Good team spirit.

      Cons

      A stronger middle management might speed up some of the processes.
